By using Mitrotsav, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our app.

2. Use of Service

• You must be 13 years or older to use Mitrotsav
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You agree not to misuse the platform for spam, fraud, or illegal activity

3. Orders & Payments

• All orders are subject to vendor availability
• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay
• COD orders are confirmed only upon delivery

4. Vendor Terms

Vendors using Mitrotsav agree to fulfill orders accurately, maintain product quality, and comply with applicable laws. Mitrotsav reserves the right to suspend vendor accounts for policy violations.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Mitrotsav — including logos, designs, and code — is owned by Mitrotsav. User-generated content remains the property of the user but grants Mitrotsav a license to display it within the app.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mitrotsav is not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party services, network outages, or events beyond our control.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
