Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund in the following cases:
- Item not delivered within the promised timeframe
- Item received is damaged or defective
- Wrong item delivered
- Order cancelled before processing
2. Return Window
Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence of the issue.
3. How to Request a Refund
- Open the app → Orders → Select the order
- Tap "Request Return" and upload evidence
- Our team will review within 48 hours
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after delivery
- Return requests raised after 24 hours of delivery
- COD orders where cash has already been collected
- Perishable items (food, flowers) unless damaged
5. Refund Method
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. UPI/card refunds typically take 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
