Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund in the following cases:

  • Item not delivered within the promised timeframe
  • Item received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Order cancelled before processing

2. Return Window

Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence of the issue.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Open the app → Orders → Select the order
  • Tap "Request Return" and upload evidence
  • Our team will review within 48 hours
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Return requests raised after 24 hours of delivery
  • COD orders where cash has already been collected
  • Perishable items (food, flowers) unless damaged

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. UPI/card refunds typically take 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
