• Mobile number (for OTP login)
• Name, date of birth, and profile picture (optional)
• Device information and FCM token for push notifications
• Delivery addresses
• Order and payment history

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve our gifting and social features
• To process orders and facilitate deliveries
• To send order updates, OTPs, and occasion reminders
• To enable friend connections and wishlist sharing

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited information with:

• Vendors — to fulfill orders (masked phone number only)
• Payment processors (Razorpay) — for payment processing
• SMS/notification providers — for OTP and alerts
• Cloudinary — for image/media storage

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256) for sensitive data. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. All API communications are over HTTPS.

5. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing support@mitrotsav.com. We will process requests within 30 days.
